DESIGN
A fully accredited and experienced Simply Buy IT Professional Services team is appointed. This team will drive a proven process. The aim of this process is to ensure the customer business requirements are fulfilled within budget and in a timely fashion. This process involves:
Discover
- An experienced Simply Buy IT consultant will facilitate a team of customer business and IT staff to explore and develop clear common understanding of the business need.
Define
- Appropriately experienced Simply Buy IT PS personnel will produce clear and agreed Statement of Works (Technical) for Corporate Sign-Off. (This is the configuration specification for the Installation Phase.)
INSTALLATION
A carefully managed installation activity is key to the success of the overall project.
- Simply Buy IT PS will appoint a Full Systems Integrator to ensure this success.
- The Simply Buy IT Systems Integrator will work with your IT department and experienced Simply Buy IT engineers to deliver and integrate the chosen solution/design.
- Whether deployment on site or cloud based the Simply Buy IT PS integrator will oversee the installation to completion
FULLY MANAGED
Simply Buy IT recognises that not all its customers have an IT Department capable of supporting their IT systems. Others don’t see investing in IT staff and resultant over-heads as being part of their core activity.
In recognition of these considerations Simply Buy IT offers ‘Fully Managed’ which undertakes the complete management of a customer’s IT system. The benefits of ‘Fully Managed’ include:
